what are the conditions of your items?

We sell pre-owned items on SONO LUXE that may show signs of wear or age. We provide detailed descriptions and images of each item's condition, graded on a scale from "very good" to "brand new".

Do the items come with their original packaging?

Each product page provides information on the packaging that comes with the item, such as a box, dust bag, or certificate etc.
